I started seeing Dr. Aguilar last year for frequent UTI. The office advised that they would need documentation showing that I do in fact suffer from recurring UTI. Provided documentation and proceeded with appointments. I was given a referral for a CT, but my insurance said the it was not medically necessary and I would be contacted by the MD to be provided a different option which never happened. I called 2 months ago to schedule an appt only to receive a call the day before my appt saying it needs to be cancelled because they don’t have documentation showing that I have recurring UTI. This is completely unacceptable. I am very unsatisfied with this level of care. Had someone advised when I scheduled the appt I could have provided them with the documentation. The MD was unwilling to help.
