She has been my PCP for 2 years now. Everytime I call to schedule an appointment or request something her secretary puts me on hold for ever and she just hangs up. There were multiple times that I had to go to the clinic in person after they hang up on me and I would find the secretary sitting right next to the phone but refuses to answer it. This is extremely frustrating as it has delayed my medical care multiple times. I also have never met my PCP to explain this to her as I only see her physician assistant whenever I go there. I had surgery and I needed referral orders and lab tests and I was always late due to this very poor service
