Patient Reviews
Dec 24, 2020
I wouldn’t even give this doc nor his staff even one star. Doesn’t deserve it where the doc and his staff is out to charge patients purposely so they can make money off of Medicare. His front staff is extremely rude. His office, equipment is extremely dirty and unsanitary. My mother went during COVID and when asked to please clean treadmill because it was dirty, the doc and his staff’s demeanor changed immediately and was rude afterwards, instead of cleaning and making her feel comfortable. First of all, it should have been cleaned thoroughly beforehand. Secondly, they gave us a hard time to obtain copies of reports and test results. We had to call them multiple times and request for reports and they kept saying to see the doctor first. We have all the right to obtain copies of reports when easily he could have shared in the appointment I had gone to seen him. However, they scheduled an appointment to come and miss work, just so we would pay him copay for him to share my results.
