Right away Dr. Li impressed me with her generous and kind personality and genuine desire to want to help. Dr. Li took her time to address all questions in meticulous detail, lay out surgical options and explain the chosen procedure, never making me feel rushed or silly. Dr. Li even called the day prior to surgery to check on me, an unusual personal touch I hadn't experienced from any other surgeon before. I felt totally at ease and had every confidence in the outcome. My recovery also has been so much easier this time around compared to the mastectomy which was quite rough. I've never felt better taken care of as a patient than by Dr. Li and her amazing NP Traci - their deep commitment to wanting to help restore patients and take care of them shines through in everything they do, from the kindest bedside manner to dealing with difficult insurance and their exceptional surgical skill. They are not only experts in their field, but genuinely awesome humans.
