Dr. Walter Zabriskie Jr, DMD

Dr. Zabriskie was very nice and walked me through and explained everything to me, even shook my hand, but I can't say the same positive things about his receptionist. She was extremely rude to me, did little to explain payment options or how my insurance will be billed, and acted like I was inconveniencing her. I gave her 3 different forms of payment to her, and she stated that all of them didnt work. I gave her my flex card through work and she said it was denied, I asked if they took care credit and she said no, I asked her to run my credit card and she stated that wasnt working either and the machine was working before so "obviously" it was me and "she doesnt know what I want her to do about it." I told her I did not have the cash on me and she sighed and said "of course you don't. " She made me my next appointment, but I ended up leaving the office in tears and asked my dentist if there was another office I could be recommended to...
