Dr. Lu immediately put me at ease and she did spend a long time with me, listening to my concerns and answering my questions. The physical exam and test was not painful at all. It could very well be because she didn't do it correctly. My results were inconclusive. I did go back to see one of the other doctors in the group. Dr. Gilder. The test was a bit uncomfortable but at least it was done correctly.
