I have worked in a hospital for 20 years and Dr Zhang has the worst beside manner I have ever seen. The appointment felt like an interrogation. Very cold and uncomfortable. However, the worst part is how strict she is about following 'The Endocrine Society' guidelines as if one size fits all for her every patient. This rigidity reflects that while she might be book smart, critical thinking and empathy working with people is something she is lacking.
