I had just started a new job 2 weeks earlier, but took the day off because my appointment with Hickey was already scheduled before I got the job.Hickey's office staff let me take the day off and drive the 22 miles to his office before telling me they do not take my insurance. They took my insurance earlier that year. They told my wife that her insurance was not accepted (before she drove to his office), but she called the insurance company and got it straightened out.Another time they let me drive the 22 miles only to be told Hickey was out for the day.Someone could have, and should have called.
