Never actually saw Mr. Foxley for any treatment, just his nurse, when she decided to show up. Twice, the nurse never even showed up for the appointment. The technician finally came in and said she would refil.my prescription and asked if I wanted to talk to her on the phone. I informed him I didn't have any prescriptions to fill. I'm got the impression they just wanted the insurance money for the appointment. I regularly waited 30 minutes to an hour to be seem for a scheduled appointment for the times I did see someone. The office is very dirty and not what your would expectfor a medical office. The vets office I take my dog to is in better condition. I even heard the front desk staff stating they were suprized no one had shut the place down.
