After nearly two months of correspondence, he informed me that he did not actually know how to perform the surgery I requested. I had also asked the receptionist if he had performed the surgery I asked, and she said he had. As well as this, the receptionist is frequently difficult to reach- despite the operating hours posted as 9am-5pm, she was frequently unavailable after 1pm.
