This is a horrible experience after I waited 2 months for my plate and they broke a month later to be told that my insurance didn’t pay not until January 2025 I didn’t have any idea also of the office assistant would have verified all my insurance information before the render service I would not be leaving this review i have left several messages over 6 for the dentist to call and no call have came in always told she up north at her other office I drop my plate of on Thursday and was told I would get them back Friday but instead I got a call saying I need to pay 600 before I could get them cause my insurance won’t cover right before my sister wedding I couldn’t take not one photo for me to call today and the office assistant stated they threw my plate away and the doctor is up north once again and I been dealing with this office over 6 years never had a problem until NOW I’m highly up set with they customer service
