Incredibly incompetent staff. Never answer their phones and when they do, get placed on hold for 30+ minutes and forgotten about. Had to leave a message scheduling surgery date for March 19th in mid-February - they scheduled for March 8th instead, did not communicate this whatsoever, did not attempt to set up pre-op appointment. Only found out by going in person today, at which point they re-scheduled for April. Completely unacceptable treatment.
