Patient Reviews
Apr 12, 2018
Will never go to Ozark Orthopedic again. Dr. Grammer was fine but his nurse was awful. She failed to order my prescription, next day left message to remind her. She failed to order physical therapy, had to call a couple of times over a week before she ordered that. When my insurance declined to cover the prescription Dr. Grammer prescribed, she refused to fill in the form needed to add it to my formulary so it would be covered. She simply suggested that I use a over-the-counter product.
