Patient Reviews

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this office and would strongly advise others to stay away. The staff has repeatedly misled me about costs. I was once told my insurance would cover a procedure in full, which turned out to be completely false.Even worse, I was scheduled for a follow-up appointment that should never have been booked. During the visit, the nurse practitioner admitted the appointment wasn’t necessary and assured me I would not be charged. Despite that, I later received a bill. When I called the office to dispute it, I was told that simply because I had shown up and they “listened to my complaints,” I would be charged. This is dishonest, predatory behavior that shows zero regard for patients. Between false assurances, surprise bills, and a complete lack of accountability, I would not trust this practice with my care.
