Patient Reviews
May 16, 2021
I’ve seen a lot of VCU doctors over the last 10 years. Some good and some bad. Dr. Carter is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had ANYWHERE. He actually cares. If you have a issue night, day or weekend he will be there. If you need to get ahold of him there is nothing he won’t do to respond. His bedside manner is the best I’ve ever experienced. He actually CARES about you not just as a patient but as a person. I’ve never had a dr like dr carter but I’ll never go anywhere else.
