I met Dr. Chiang for the first time today when I accompanied my son for a follow-up visit. Although we received terrible news, Dr. Chiang was very sincere, compassionate, and provided an in-depth explanation of his MRI results and what the next steps should be so my son can begin to fight for his life. Dr. Chiang and his staff went above and beyond in regards to contacting numerous radiologist and specialist for their medical prognosis, and to confirm what actions should be taken moving forward. Dr. Chiang even contacted my son after clinic hours and on the same day as the MRI results were available. He explained to us that he wanted to tell my son personally and didn't want him to read the results by himself. If you are wondering, my son is in his mid-20's and no longer resides at our primary residence. The ladies, or should I say medical professionals, in the clinic were also compassionate and just unbelievable. Although our lives were turned upside down in a matter of minutes with the results, I am so thankful we received the news from Dr. Chiang and had the support of his staff. I could go on and on with every positive but it's 3:10 AM and I'm having difficulty seeing the computer screen. I will never forget Dr. Chiang and the ladies there for what they did today. I would highly recommend Dr. Chiang and the staff at Avala. I am very confident Dr. Chiang will provide the same level of care for anyone that goes in for an appointment.
