I had an ongoing issue and was looking for a great doctor who would listen, Dr Falls wasn't him! I left with no answers and he seemed rushed with little patience for questions. I went to another ENT a week later who took time, ask me questions and listened. I now have a diagnoses and a plan in place with medication to help me.
