I have never been more insulted than I was by Dr. Freund. He repeatedly told me I was making "poor choices" by seeing the practitioners I have before him. I told him of all the medications I've taken in the past 3 months and one in particular that was prescribed in June got this response: "Why would you ever take that medication - it's for animals." The medication was prescribed to me by an NPR who referred me to Dr. Freund. I came to see Dr. F because my heart rate has been 100 bpm for 3 months. I've been short of breath and dealing with swelling in my feet. EKG done in Liberal showed that I am having premature atrial fibrilations and the NPR I saw 3 times in the past 3 months was concerned about a heart murmur and the swelling in my feet. The man had the audacity to tell me I needed to go to Genesis and get a referral to a dermatologist. My referral to him was NOT for my skin issues...it was for my heart and BP issues which he failed to address. Complete waste of my time and money.
