Very rude staff!! My wife and I are new to Metuchen. We called the office to book an appointment as a new client. We were informed that without a picture ID with our current address we would not be able to schedule an appointment. When I offered them to come in with a proof of address they said if I cant provide a photo ID as federal law stipulates then we cant be a customer of theirs. When I asked which federal law requires a photo ID with an address listed I was then hung up on. When I called back for an explanation I was treated poorly again and hung up on. All this mind you while keeping a calm tone and being rather nice considering how I was being treated. They seemed to take joy in denying me service.
