Dr. Brown's office submitted the wrong billing code to my insurance, so my insurance rejected the claim, and now the hospital where he performed the procedure has a hired a collection agent that is threatening to sue me. This has been going on for 9 months and now instead of fixing the problem, Dr. Brown's office just hangs up on me every time I call for an update.
