horrible. like beyond horrible. My appointment was at 10 AM & his office is on the Upper East Side & there was no parking. I had to put my car in a lot. I've been waiting 2.5 hours for him to SHOW UP & have yet to be told when he is arriving. Most unprofessional doctor there is.
