I visited Dr. Lipkin for custom orthotics. When the orthotics were returned to me, I was feeling excruciating pain in my ankle and shin. I returned to the doctor to have the orthotics adjusted. When the orthotics returned for the second time, I was feeling similar discomfort in my ankle and shin. I expressed my concern to the doctor, but he opted not to send the orthotics back to the lab for further adjustment. In fact, he returned the money I paid rather than ensuring that a custom product I desired was adjusted to the point where I was feeling no discomfort.
