He talked about himself for 2.5 hours and did a 5 minute check on my daughter. The office did not seem clean and he drank coffee from a mug throughout the appointment. We left feeling unheard and mansplained to We went to another practice and it took 30 minutes and we had scans, x-rays and a treatment plan. And, it cost less and was less confusing.
