My experience with Dr. Mandel was one of the worst I’ve had with a doctor. I went to see Dr. Mandell for a comprehensive exam since I had not had a complete physical in years. He showed no interest in my personal health concerns. He had only his own rigid agenda for asking questions and when I tried to contribute he abruptly cut me off or made a perturbed face. When I mentioned a certain condition for which I was seeing a specialist, he began to focus only on that to the exclusion of everything else. (He gave unasked for advice on this condition which the specialist later told me was NOT right) I repeatedly asked if we could look at the overall health picture but he wanted to just talk about that one aspect This doctor is too robotic and narrow-minded in his own assessments to consider any other viewpoint. Even his emails are abrupt and perfunctory. His arrogance, myopia, combativeness, and general distastefulness make him one doctor to which I will never return
