Called in June to make my July appt but was not doing faces becaus of Covid and to call back July 1st I asked and Was told multiple times I was able to use the Groupon in my Mothers name that she was gifting to me that was going to expire on July 15 that she bought for me. The lady said come the 15th I did only to be told that my appt was the 16 annoyed that I drove from NY I agreed to come back the next day. I asked Evelyn the same lady again if it was ok that my mom has Groupon in her name and wants to give it to me she said t was fine made a copy of my moms license printed out the Groupon and asked if my mom Could sign it. I went home came back with the paper signed and eveyrhing filled out paper work was waiting for 20 min only To be told the doctor won’t take my Groupon. After all that!! She just coldy came out and said it. When I told her her mistake she YELLED OVER ME “IM NOT THE DOCTOR HES THE BOSS! “ taking no responsibility for her major mistake. Place is moldy/dingy
