Last week I was admitted to the ER at Monmouth Medical Center with an emergency episode of urinary dysfunction.The care I received -- from the moment of my admittance until my discharge -- was beyond my highest expectations.Every hospital staff member I had contact with displayed a deep sense of concern and compassion, and almost as important, a vibrant and helpful attitude.However the most positive aspect of my visit was the treatment I received from Dr. Downs. He immediately recognized my problem, knew exactly what to do and performed the procedure skillfully and adeptly, leading to a successful resolution.To Dr. Downs and the ER staff members who attended to my well-being, I express my heartfelt gratitude.
