I received my first consultation via FaceTime because of COVID but the COVID pandemic ended already months ago. I have a tumor so this is very important to me. Fifth consultation went by and still on FaceTime. Very disappointed of him as he only gives me a literally a 3 min consultation every time. My last consultation was the last one I booked as he hung up on me while I was still talking and had questions. I called his office to get his number as he calls me private but they refused (I explained I still had questions and consultation wasn't going ver yet). They asked me to book another consultation if I wanted to talk to him but need to wait another week. Incredible service. I'm very disappointed
