Patient Reviews
Feb 09, 2022
I liked Dr Wallace, but I would never go back to this practice. I wasted half my afternoon waiting for an appointment scheduled at 12:15. I checked in at 11:50. I waited OVER an hour. I finally asked what the problem was. Had I not I'd still be waiting. The staff, although courteous when I checked in, had forgotten about me. When they all realized I was waiting a ridiculous amount of time, they called me in immediately. Then the optometrist assistant made the excuses that they were "short staffed"! REALLY? If you know your short staffed then don't overbook appointments! And WHY don't they tell the patient this when they check in? In the future they need to tell people, "we are short staffed, your wait time to see the Dr is 90 min. Do you want to waste your time waiting here half the afternoon, or would you prefer to reschedule your appointment? Better yet TEXT the person. "We are 90 min behind schedule and won't be able to see you until 1:30. Can you come then, or rather reschedule?
