NEVER. Didn't make past the receptionist. Had to cancel my appointment, the receptionist said there was a fee then got nasty with me and hung up on me when I questioned it. I was a new patient, they did not inform me of this when I scheduled. They were sure to tell me the credit card machine was broke and to bring cash several times. So now they are billing me $45.00 to be treated like a piece of dirt. NOT PAYING! I'm a special needs mom and have circumstances beyond my control.
