When I arrived, the receptionist checked me in right away, no waiting. In the GI department, all the staff, nurses, assistants, recovery nurse and helpers were amazing. I was very comfortable in their care. Most importantly, my doctor, Wonjin Kim was thorough, pleasant, knowledgeable, personable, and explained what was going to happen. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Jonathan, was professional and wonderful. The OR techs were amazing and friendly. Dr. Kim spoke with me after the procedure. The facility was very clean, as is Kaiser entirely. I love Kaiser, nursing staff, doctors, lab technicians, receptionists, etc. I never have a problem with any of them. They are so kind and dedicated to their work.
