The office swapped important information from a test monitor I wore with another patients so that the company that interprets the test had no idea whose machine was whose. The sad part is the company that reads them contacted their office multiple times and no one called them back. What's worse is that they have never tried contacting me to find out if I'm OK or why I haven't been back or where my results are. As if those things weren't bad enough, I have one more complaint. The location has a portal where test results are uploaded. I found in the portal that I have a condition he wasn't even going to tell me about it had I not read it myself online and asked him before my visit was over.
