I went to see Dr. Halaas for an eyebrow hair transplant and inquired about a brow lift. After my first treatment I was told to wait for more than 6 months to allow the process to heal. I was also told that I had nothing to worry about because if I wasn't happy with the results they would go back in and do another transplant at no charge. I trusted that when I was told 'If you are not satisfied we will go back and do more transplants.' I was nervous as this was a very expensive treatment but I trusted what I was being told. I waited somewhere between 6 months to a year and one side was drastically less full than the other and humiliating in appearance. After going back and forth and getting every excuse in the book to why it looked like that. None of which made any sense. I finally made another appointment When I did finally go back in for the second transplant the office tried to charge me again!! They realized the mistake only after I had to remind them. Please be careful. Research
