As a patient I called for a refill in March 2020 - 3 times messages were left. Then finally a very nasty person from dr Yael Oppenheim’s Office called me back ( her tone was very unpleasant and unprofessional ) and reprimanded me for not being there for a year and said that the doctor probably would not renew my prescription for Synthroid. I pleaded with her to please ask the doctor to renew it as Covid was in the beginning stages I never heard back from the doctor’s office and I never received a call back from her office either.
