Horrible experience.. Went for a 2nd opinion from her fellow vascular surgeon Dr. Alcantara, Dr. Eiken was Over an hour late.. no updates, excuses or even a sorry from the office staff... Her bedside manner was off putting - Cold, abrasive - Loud boisterous where I felt others could hear the confidential info regarding my medical condition..as I heard her discussing other patients medical conditions through the closed examination room. I will acknowledge she did offer a treatment plan but after such a introduction I wasn't comfortable putting my life, health into her hands.
