Over an hour wait for a scheduled appointment that took less than 15 minutes. I called prior to the appointment as I needed a vaccine and asked the front desk as well while waiting for my visit and they assured me it was fine. Finally when Dr. Yariela Enriquez attends me, she half smiles / laughs and says they don’t have the vaccine and have not had it in years as well as that I’ve likely needed this vaccine for years. She continued to emphasize how overdo I was for it, dismissing the fact that I needed it and implying there should be no sense of urgency since I’ve been overdo for it. Dr. Enriquez also got in to the room and instead of apologizing said “you didnt have wait time with your previous doctor? They usually have a 30 minute wait time”. There should not a “usual wait time”. If you know this, schedule your appointments accordingly instead of having a sign saying readily available to tell patients you’re going to be late again.Your time is not more important than your patients
