If you are looking for a doctor who will listen to your concerns, looks elsewhere. He is not going to listen to you, in fact he will tell you that your concerns are not valid and will then ask you to look for another provider because he has had enough with your "complaints" If he is done being a doctor, then maybe he should look at a different vocation because as parents, we will fight for our children until we see the results that we need for their well-being!
