The office drops phone calls and has hung up on us several times, not only in trying to make the first appointment, but even after my father's biopsy report. Unnecessary delays. The staff seem very uninterested in the human aspect of medical care. I don't believe they have a nurse on staff, and if you request to talk to someone credentialed, you get routed to the medical assistant who handles everything (and is a barrier to care, in my opinion). Upon arrival and explaining this would be the first time my elder father would be hearing his CT results, she took several minutes to read his CT report herself, then blurted out 'Cancer' to him BEFORE we had seen Dr. Soong. This is the MD's role to tell the patient he has cancer, not the lowly med asst. So rude. Terrible office.
