It was 1990, I was 5 years old and very sick. My mom had already taken to me to two doctors and no one seemed to feel my health was in dire straits. It didn't take but a few minutes for Dr. Dhingra to know that I needed to go Detar Hospital immediately. Good thing he did because I had double pneumonia and was hospitalized for 10 days! I will never forget him for that. Thanks, Dr. Dhingra!
