Always overbooked and very long wait times. At least in Santa Cruz. No respect for elderly and disabled having to sit (or stand) for 45 minutes to an hour. Have never witnesses cleaning equipment or washing hands. Very lax during covid. No chairs outside. No masks availible at door.
