DR. FLETCHER/BLACK MOUNTAIN DENTAL CARE IS THE BEST DENTIST ON THE PLANET! She deserve a million stars! We recently moved to AZ from Kansas. I am dear friends with my dentist at home (went to her for 20 years) and worried I wouldn't find anyone equal to her. My husband found Black Mountain Dental Care (BMD) and had the best experience! He came home and said I would love them and that I really must go to see DR. FLETCHER and Hasina (the hygienist). Unfortunately, I had already made an appointment with my sisters dentist in Scottsdale. I went to this dentist on two occasions and it was not the same, not even close to what I was used to. Something was missing. The ladies up front weren't that great and they could never figure out my insurance. SOOOOOO...I said what am I waiting on! I switched over to Dr Fletcher BMD!!!!! YAY!! It was the best move I ever made bc they truly are the best dental office I have ever had. The entire staff is incredible! My son is now going to BMD and he lives 1 hour away. DR. FLETCHER takes the cake! For me to say she is my favorite-says a lot bc I was crazy about my dentist in Kansas. She just has a gift/talent that is rare. You add her amazing personality and it's perfection. She truly is the best in the biz. I ADORE HER! The office itself is SUPER NICE, BIG AND STATE OF THE ART! It was totally sterilized and spotless. Last week I had to visit again to have a crown set DR. Fletcher always spends so much time with me, even if it is just to put a crown back in. They are very busy but we're able to get me right in when my crown came out. I was very grateful bc I had an event the next day. Dr Fletcher checked all the boxes for me and that says a lot bc I am very particular! What she brings to the table combined with amazing (also the best) hygienists and staff up front-is truly PERFECTION! It is my happy place-yes I love it that much! This place.....I walked out feeling like family! BMD KNOCKS IT OUT OF THE PARK IN EVERY SINGLE AREA! This is just such a great dental office in totality! We are so blessed to have found THE BEST DENTIST AND DENTAL OFFICE ON THE PLANET right here in Cave Creek, AZ!
