Doctors are human too, so maybe I just had the unfortunate pleasure of catching Dr. Wong on an off day. I guess I won't know, b/c I have no intention of going back. The positive first. He does take his time to answer questions. He was, at times, dismissive, but it never felt like he was rushing. On the flip side, I did not get the impression that he listened well (he repeatedly asked me the same questions) and there were a few points during the conversation where his tone was short and snappy. I left feeling unseen, unheard, and quite frankly.. gaslit. I've been fortunate enough to have a great relationship w/ my doctors, so I know good bedside manner. This, unfortunately, was not that.
