Falkinstein is a fantastic surgeon who has a great team who work very well together. I needed a two level fusion in my lower back (L5, S1) I was concerned because other surgeons still do this from the back cutting all the muscles. Dr. Falkinstein performed this with a small ( about 5') incision in my lower abdomin. It was a major success. I am one year post surgery. No more back pain! I am able to do all the physical activities I want and did not lose any range of motion. At my one year vist my x-ray shows complete fusion.All of my Dr visits before and after surgery I felt Dr. Falkinstein listened and communicated well. I highly recommend Dr. Falkinstein and his team.
