My daughter has been a patient at Spelak Yury DDS - Yury Slepak office for over three years, and while we have appreciated the care provided by you and your team, we have encountered significant issues with the front desk staff and appointment scheduling.On two separate occasions?once in October and again on January 12th?we had scheduled appointments for my daughter, both of which were confirmed via phone and text messages. However, upon our arrival for the January 12th appointment, we were informed that no appointment had been scheduled at all, despite prior confirmation.I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and organization displayed by the front desk staff, particularly regarding their communication and handling of appointments. I believe this reflects poorly on the overall quality of service provided, and it has been frustrating to experience such issues with what should be a straightforward process. The false schedule was made intentionally by the representative in Coney Island office.

Dr Yelena Gofman did a wonderful job, we was visited very fast, in only one week we had a procedure under General Anesthesia. Everything was fine, they are true professionals. Highly recommended!!!
