I chose crossroads because they were less than one mile from my home. Dr. Wynn decided to move to Middleton in the middle of my procedure, without any warning. Which is an hour round trip for me. The day of my implant, his staff did everything until it was time for my bite test. They only focused on my bite that they left such a pocket between my gum and the new implant. Dr Abbas referred me to Dr. Black after confirming the implant was not done correctly. Dr. Blacks office, tried to charge me $160 for a consultation due to Dr. Wynns negligence. Not cool, being my implant was not installed by myself. As a professional dentist I would expect professional results. It’s hard finding trust in Dr. Wynn after this and now I’m pretty much being forced to go back to a dentist that couldn’t do his job right the first time.
