She is terrible at ensuring prescription renewals actually get to the pharmacy - I have had several occasions where I have had to make multiple calls to the pharmacy and the office to ensure that something is actually being processed and it usually takes days to correct leaving me without my medications. In addition, she is particularly tone deaf on triggering issues and feels the need to interject her personal opinions where they don't belong. My mental health was severely affected by medical staff dehumanizing me and de-prioritzing my family's care due to COVID-19 but she has gone on long monologues several times about how terrible the pandemic is to healthcare staff. I don't really feel like she is actually listening to me and her solution was to just increase my medication dosage when the low dose I am already taking is already having side effects she didn't seem interested in discussing. I am seeking an alternative psychiatrist but it is proving difficult at this time.
