I am in shock of ethics in this DoCToR office . I did my appointment with Zinaida Luboff MD week ago , I received two confirmation over the phone and in exactly day of appointment I got phone call , that doctor is not accept new patients! But I am not new patient! This is unacceptable practice for doctor and rude stuff ( special nurse!)
