I moved out of state and needed my copy of my diagnosis mailed to me a couple of months ago I had to call 4-5 times just to finally get a response 2-3 weeks ago. I was told there was an issue with my address so, I gave them my correct address and yet, I still have not received my diagnosis in the mail (mind you, I only live a couple states away now). The staff will evidently drag their feet before they get anything productive done.
