I began working with Beth Lewis in October 2020, and she has been nothing short of life-changing. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, she helped me face and overcome some of the most difficult challenges of my life.Beth consistently went above and beyond. She listened with genuine care, coordinated seamlessly with my psychiatrist, and supported me through an incredibly painful family court battle after my children were wrongly taken from me. Her dedication and expertise were instrumental both in helping me cope with the anguish of loss and in ultimately reuniting with my children.Today, thanks in large part to Beth’s unrelenting support and highly effective therapy, I have made a full recovery and regained 50-50 custody of my two children. I continue therapy with her as she helps me navigate the healing process from significant complex trauma and the ongoing challenges of being the best dad I can be. Beth has been a Godsend.
