I adore my sessions with Elizabeth. She has helped me as I’ve gone through a very hard season of life. Her knowledge about the brain and nervous system are amazing and helped me understand how to move forward and heal. She told me day 1- “it’s gonna get better.” Now she says, “it’s getting better.” And it is.
