Beautiful person inside and out

Horrible experience. She yelled at me and threatened to not provide medication after causing excruciating pain from her own error. SHE WAS AWFUL and I am so upset that I have to still pay for her services. She shouted at me and attempted to apologize for her actions afterwards which further proved how her care was not appropriate. She needs to be fired.
